Case studyZenWeb designed and built the L&J Auto Machinery website for a Sungai Buloh supplier of new, recon and used construction machinery, and also runs its Meta Ads.

L&J Auto Machinery Sdn. Bhd. was established in 2005 and supplies construction machinery to contractors, developers and builders. Most of its stock is reconditioned or used, with some new units. The range includes crawler excavators from Komatsu, Kobelco, Sumitomo and Volvo, plus backhoe loaders, a tyre roller, soil compactors and dumpers. It also supplies new and used spare parts.
Beyond the sale, it offers foreman assistance to help choose the right machine, plus spare parts support. It also helps with loan and insurance applications and arranges shipping to Sabah and Sarawak. Buyers can request a quote through the website form or on WhatsApp.
They need a machine that suits the job and the budget, often quickly. The Machines page sorts stock into new, recon and used, with a spec page for each model.
Contractors in Sabah and Sarawak want to know if a machine can reach them. The FAQ confirms shipping to both states and who arranges it.
Smaller firms may need help with financing and insurance. The site explains foreman advice and loan and insurance assistance before they call.

The home page leads with excavators on a site photo, then goes straight into a carousel of current machines, each tagged new or recon. Further down it covers after-sale support, spare parts, delivery videos and a FAQ, ending with a quote form.

The Machines page lists every unit with a photo, model name and machine type. Buyers can search by model or narrow the list to new, recon or used machines.

Each machine has its own page with a photo gallery and the specs buyers check first: type, brand, series, operating mass, engine power, dimensions and model years. A WhatsApp button sits right below for more details.

The About page gives the founding year, the customers the company serves and its main strengths, from reliable machines to qualified technicians.

On a phone, the machine carousel swipes sideways and the WhatsApp button stays in the corner. Spec pages stack the photos above the specs, so a contractor on site can check a model quickly.

Machinery buyers compare models, specs and condition before they pick up the phone. So the site puts the stock first and gives each machine its own spec page. It also answers the questions that hold a deal up: financing, insurance, parts and shipping to East Malaysia. Running Meta Ads alongside it means people who see L&J in their feed find the same machines and support explained on the site.
