ZenWeb designed and built the JW Multi Services website, a product catalogue for a Kuala Lumpur supplier of traffic safety, cleaning and public area equipment.

JW Multi Services is a Kuala Lumpur supplier of safety and waste management products. Its range covers traffic cones, road barriers, wheel clamps and parking signs. It also sells professional cleaning machines and public area items such as bins and luggage trolleys. Having started as a product supplier, it now also designs and installs safety set-ups.
The company works with condominiums, hotels, schools, shopping malls, commercial buildings, dealers and cleaning contractors. It handles site assessment, supply, delivery, installation and after-sales service, and works directly with the contractors and engineers on each job. Its service area covers the whole of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak.
They need cones, barriers or bins and want to check sizes before they order. Each product has its own page with dimensions and a WhatsApp button.
They want a supplier who can handle highway safety design and installation as well as supply. The home page and Our Services page spell out that one-stop scope.
Bulk buyers need the whole range, not just the selection online. The downloadable e-catalogue in the menu gives them the full list.

The home page opens on a photo of cones, signs, a road mirror and recycling bins. It lists the one-stop services and shows popular products from each category. It ends with a map of the states the company serves.

Each product category has its own page. The Safety Equipment page opens on a roadworks photo, then shows barriers, cone bars, signs, wheel clamps and corner guards in a clean grid.

Each product page keeps things short: the product photo, its size in millimetres and a WhatsApp Us button. Buyers can confirm stock or ask for a quote without filling in a form.

The Our Services page lists the kinds of sites the company works with, from condos and hotels to malls, schools and fire safety installation. It helps a visitor see quickly whether their type of building is covered.
Site supervisors often look up a product while on the job. On mobile, the product grid drops to a single column and each product page fits on one screen, with the WhatsApp button close by.

Buyers of safety and cleaning equipment usually know what they need and want to check size and availability fast. A simple product grid, short product pages and a WhatsApp button keep that path short. The e-catalogue covers bulk buyers who need the full range. The service map tells out-of-town customers early whether delivery and installation reach them.
