ZenWeb designed and built the Million Sista website, a one-page real estate site that lists condominium and serviced residence projects across Johor Bahru.

Million Sista is a real estate service in Johor Bahru that helps people find homes to buy or rent. Its listings cover condominium and serviced residence projects across the city, from Danga Bay and Tanjung Puteri to Mount Austin, Permas Jaya and Forest City. Most listings are for sale, with the odd unit for rent.
The site is built for two kinds of buyer: people looking for a home to live in and people buying as an investment. Each project comes with its own details, such as floor plans, facilities and location. Every enquiry goes straight to WhatsApp.
They want to compare layouts and sizes before they visit a show unit. Each listing card shows beds, bathrooms and built-up area, and the pop-up adds floor plans.
Investors want to see many projects side by side. The listings grid puts over a dozen developments on one page, and an Investment button starts a WhatsApp chat about investing.
People unfamiliar with JB need to know where each project sits. Every pop-up gives the project's area and, for some, how it connects to the main highways.

The page opens on a wide photo of the Johor Bahru skyline with the line Find Your Dream House With Us. A Contact Us button sits right under the headline, so a ready buyer can start a conversation at once.
Most property browsing in JB happens on a phone. On mobile, the listing cards stack into one column, each pop-up fills the screen, and the WhatsApp button stays in the corner throughout.

A single long page with pop-ups for detail, so the main scroll stays short and easy to compare.
Property buyers in Johor Bahru often shortlist several projects before visiting any. A single page of cards lets them compare size and layout quickly, while pop-ups keep the detail one tap away. Sending every enquiry to WhatsApp, with the project name already filled in, matches how buyers in Malaysia prefer to talk to an agent.
