ZenWeb designed and built the website for Karo Living, a Kuala Lumpur rental support service for Japanese expats, and also runs its Meta ads.

Karo Living helps Japanese people who are posted to, or moving to, Kuala Lumpur find a rental home. The team works in Japanese and handles the whole search: finding units, arranging viewings, explaining the English tenancy agreement and liaising with the owner after move-in. It is linked to a registered estate agency in Mont Kiara.
The service costs tenants nothing, because the agent's fee comes from the property owner's side. Its area guide covers popular expat districts such as Mont Kiara, Desa ParkCity, KLCC, Bangsar South and KL Sentral. For a fee, it also helps families find pet-friendly homes.
They want a home near work or school, explained in their own language. The site walks through the three stages of support in Japanese and shows each step of the process.
Most do not know KL's neighbourhoods yet. The area guide describes six popular districts and who each one suits, from Mont Kiara families to KL Sentral business travellers.
Fees for agents, viewings and support vary in Malaysia. A comparison table and a sample breakdown of move-in costs show what a tenant pays and what Karo Living does not charge.

The Japanese home page opens with friendly illustrations, a no-agent-fee badge and big LINE and WhatsApp buttons. It then sets out the three support stages, common worries about renting in KL and how each is handled.

This part of the page guides tenants through KL's popular areas, then compares service fees with typical alternatives. A worked example breaks down the usual move-in costs, from deposits to stamp duty.

A JP and EN switch in the header opens the English version, with the same sections and buttons. It suits Japanese readers who prefer English and anyone helping them with the move.

The blog answers questions Japanese tenants ask, such as how renting here differs from Japan, when to start viewing and what to do if something breaks. Posts are filed under life in Malaysia and property information.
New arrivals often search for homes from their phones. On mobile, the LINE and WhatsApp buttons stay on screen, and the area guide and cost tables stack into an easy scroll.

Moving to a new country is stressful, and reading tenancy terms in a second language adds to it. A Japanese-first site, with LINE as the main contact, meets these clients where they already are. Showing costs openly answers the first question most expats have. ZenWeb also runs Karo Living's Meta ads, so the ads and the site they link to come from one team.
