Written by Jian Tat Lee

Kimber Aluminium & Metal Trading Sdn Bhd is a custom aluminium, glass, cabinet and renovation contractor in Batu 9 Cheras, Selangor. It makes casement and sliding windows, sliding, swing, folding and hanging doors, tempered glass shopfronts, shower screens, awnings, skylights and aluminium kitchen cabinets. Every piece is made to measure for homes, offices, shoplots and retail units.
Each job follows the same four steps: an enquiry by WhatsApp or form, a site visit to measure, a quotation with material advice, then fabrication and installation. Kimber is also adding furniture, with a chair collection already listed on the site as coming soon.
They know the opening they want to fill but not which window or door suits it. Each product page lists frame material, glass options, door type and sizing, so they can compare before asking for a quote.
Shoplots and offices need shopfronts, entrances and partitions. The Commercial category groups the tempered glass shopfronts and entrance doors in one place.
Some visitors already know what they want. Every product page has its own order form for size, quantity and frame colour, plus a WhatsApp quotation button.

The home page opens with the promise of made-to-measure work and two buttons, one for a free quotation and one for past projects. It then lays out the five product groups, a featured projects strip and the four steps from enquiry to installation.

The Products page lists every item in a tabbed catalogue, from powder-coated sliding windows to skylights and insect screens. Each card links to a product page with specifications, finish options and an order form.

The Projects page is a photo gallery of finished installations. Visitors can filter it by the same categories used in the catalogue, so someone looking at shower screens sees only that work.

The About page explains the company's end-to-end approach, from measuring the opening to fitting the finished piece. It also sets out the four types of property it serves: homes, commercial units, offices and retail spaces.

Many homeowners check options on their phone while standing at the window. On mobile, the product cards stack into one column, and each product page ends with its WhatsApp and order buttons.

Product and project photos of real aluminium and glass work, plus a workshop shot of window hardware being assembled.
Warm stone greys, cream and a muted bronze, which suit aluminium and glass without competing with the product photos.
Poppins headings with Mulish body text, clean and easy to read in the spec tables.
Buying windows or a shopfront is a technical purchase. People want to see the product, check the options and know the opening will be measured properly. Giving each product its own spec page and order form lets visitors narrow down what they need before the site visit. The WhatsApp button suits customers who would rather send photos of their window first.
