Why most digital marketing agencies fail at glass and aluminium marketing.
Glazing is sold on measurements, specifications and a delivery date, not a lifestyle photo. Generic agencies market it like furniture and lose the enquiry at the rate question. Our SEO agency page explains the methodology.
The spec is the trust signal
The Uniform Building By-Laws 1984 push safety glazing into doors, balustrades above a metre, shower enclosures and shopfronts, and MS 832 and MS 1498 govern how the glass is selected and tested. A page naming 10mm or 12mm tempered, the aluminium system and the CIDB grade answers the buyer's real question. Pretty photos do not.
Two price worlds, one signboard
A frameless shower screen lands between RM 1,200 and RM 3,500. A whole-house aluminium window retrofit runs RM 8,000 to RM 35,000. An office partition job can clear RM 60,000, and a facade package clears six figures. One blended cost-per-lead target across that spread tells you nothing useful.
Lead time decides more jobs than price
A shop owner who signs a lease has an opening date and no flexibility. A homeowner replacing sliding doors sits on three quotations for two to five weeks. Commercial fit-outs run four to ten weeks from enquiry to deposit. Campaigns that assume one buying speed miss two of the three.
Half your buyers are not homeowners
Renovation contractors, interior designers, shopfitters and developers subcontract glazing constantly, and they choose from a website before making contact. That audience wants grade, capacity, lead time and past project types. Sell them a bathroom lifestyle ad and the person who could book your line for a month scrolls past it.
