Why most digital marketing agencies fail at phone repair marketing.
Repair breaks the rules most agency playbooks are written on. The buying window is minutes, the research device is broken, and the best job is never searched by name. Our SEO agency page explains the underlying methodology.
A twenty-minute panic window
Nobody plans a repair. The phone drops, the search happens on the spot, and the customer walks into whoever replied with a price. A campaign that answers on Monday for a Saturday break has lost the job.
A RM 6 click, a RM 320 bench
Repair clicks are cheap by Malaysian standards, roughly RM 2 to RM 7 on model-and-fault terms, while the screen job behind them bills a few hundred ringgit and the board job several hundred more. The waste is not the click price, it is letting DIY searchers through.
Two benches, two buyers
The front counter serves a stranger who will not come back until the next crack. The back bench serves offices, insurers and dealers who send devices every month. One is won on speed, the other on a contract conversation, and most sites only speak to the first.
The licence customers now check
Repair needs only SSM registration and a council premises licence, but buying or trading used phones brings in the Second-Hand Dealers Act 1946 and a licence through the district police. Warranties are enforceable at the Tribunal for Consumer Claims, and old boards and batteries count as scheduled waste.
