About JobFusion

JobFusion, registered as Agensi Pekerjaan JobFusion Sdn. Bhd., is a manpower agency in Semenyih, Selangor. It is licensed by the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTK). It handles the full foreign worker process for employers: quota applications, recruitment, renewing PLKS work permits and runner services for JIM, JTK, KDN and insurance.

Who the website is for

Factory and site managers

They need workers and want to know the agency is legal. The site shows the JTK licence and explains each step, from quota approval to airport pickup.

HR and admin staff

They handle levies and permits and need the latest rules. The FAQ sets out levy, PLKS and visa fees by sector, and the News page covers policy changes.

Employers worried about risk

Absconding workers and cancelled jobs cost money. The FAQ explains the proportional refund policy in plain terms before they sign up.

Design choices

Photography

Real work-site photos of workers in hard hats and safety vests, and of permits being stamped.

Colour

Navy blue and bright orange from the logo, with orange buttons on blue and white sections.

Type

Poppins throughout, a clean rounded sans-serif that keeps long FAQ answers easy to read.

Why we built it this way

Hiring foreign workers is regulated, and employers are wary of agents who cannot show a licence. Putting the JTK licence, the refund policy and the official fee tables on the site answers those doubts upfront. Regular news on rule changes gives HR teams a reason to return. The sector dropdown on the form tells the agency what kind of workers are needed.
