Case studyZenWeb designed and built the Hello Holidays website, an English and Chinese tour catalogue for a Kuala Lumpur group tour and MICE travel agency.
Written by Jian Tat Lee

Hello Holidays is a travel agency in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur. It runs outbound group tours to Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia and Europe, plus domestic tours around Malaysia. It also plans company incentive trips and other MICE travel, books cruises, flights and hotels, helps with visas and arranges travel insurance.
The agency runs its own fleet of vans and coaches for airport transfers, day tours and long-distance trips. Customers can join a fixed group tour, request a private or tailor-made trip, or hire a vehicle with a driver. Its tour leaders and guides speak several languages.
They compare group tours by destination, length and price. Each country has its own tour list, and every tour shows the hotels, meals and daily plan before they enquire.
They need an incentive trip or team outing planned end to end. The MICE page explains what the agency handles and offers a free quotation.
Schools, associations and tour groups want a van or coach with a driver. The Van and Bus page lists vehicle sizes and routes so they can choose before asking.

The home page opens with popular places to visit, from Japan and Korea to Europe and Australia. It introduces the agency, lists its five services and ends with a detailed travel quotation form for dates, group size and tour type.

Each destination has its own tour list. The Japan page shows each package as a card with its length, region, highlights and starting price. Travellers can compare Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kyushu and more side by side.

Every tour has a full page. It sets out the airline and hotels, the main attractions, food and experiences, then a day-by-day itinerary with meals and overnight stops for each day.

The Van and Bus page compares the fleet, from MPVs to 44-seat coaches. Day tours, airport runs and one-way transfers from Kuala Lumpur are listed in clear tables, with a WhatsApp button for bus and van bookings.

On a phone, the mega menu becomes a slide-out panel and tour cards stack one per row. Each day of an itinerary reads as its own short block.

Bright destination photos for every country, plus real group photos from past trips.
Clean white pages with soft sky-blue accents, letting the travel photos carry the colour.
Manrope and Lato sans-serif text, simple and easy to read across long itineraries.
Tour buyers decide on detail. They want to know the hotels, the meals and what happens each day before they pay a deposit. So every tour gets its own page with the full itinerary, grouped by country for easy comparison. The Chinese version suits the agency's many Chinese-speaking customers, and separate paths for MICE and coach rental keep corporate and transport enquiries apart.
