Why most digital marketing agencies fail at mattress store marketing.
A mattress is a considered purchase dressed up as furniture retail. Generic agencies chase cheap clicks, hide the price, and lose the buyer somewhere in week two. Our SEO agency page explains the underlying methodology.
The cart is the wrong goal
Below RM 1,000, around 61% of Malaysian mattress buyers complete online. Above RM 8,000, only 3% do, and 84% insist on lying on it first. Optimising a RM 9,000 latex king for add-to-cart designs for a customer who does not exist.
Price band decides the budget
In our accounts an entry mattress sale costs roughly RM 41 to RM 77 in media, while a bed above RM 18,000 costs RM 775 to RM 1,313. Both are healthy. The mistake is one campaign for all five bands, where the RM 799 foam mattress quietly eats the budget.
Three weeks of comparing
Nobody buys a bed on the first visit. They read firmness guides, check three brands, ask a friend, then come back. A campaign built for same-day conversion switches off the remarketing that closes week three, so the store never sees the sale it paid for.
Health language gets you rejected
"Cures back pain" is a medical claim, and it reads as a false representation under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. It also gets Meta ads rejected and Google assets disapproved. We write support and firmness language instead, which converts better anyway.
