Case studyZenWeb designed and built the Pinnacle Delight website, an English and Chinese site for a B2B importer of premium meat and seafood based in Kuala Lumpur.
Written by Jian Tat Lee

Pinnacle Delight Sdn. Bhd. was set up in 2023 and is based in Kuala Lumpur. It imports and distributes premium ingredients for the trade: Australian beef from Wagyu and Angus to grass-fed, organic and grain-fed, plus lamb, seafood such as salmon and oysters, dairy and cheese, and gourmet pantry goods.
It supplies hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers and distributors, covering the Central, Southern and Northern regions of Malaysia. It sells to businesses only, not to individual shoppers.
They want to know which cuts and grades are on offer. The product pages sort the range into five clear categories.
They look for steady supply and clear paperwork. The About page sets out the company's commitments on consistency, specifications and long-term supply.
Trade partners can see the channels the company serves and send a wholesale enquiry.

The home page opens on a cream marble background with a close-up of prime beef and a single button to contact the sales team. It then introduces the company, its distribution commitment and the five product categories.

The About page tells the company's story, what sets it apart, its commitments to buyers and its core values, each in a short labelled block.

Our Products shows each category with food photography and a one-line description, then ends with a wholesale enquiry prompt.

Our Customers lists the channels the company serves, from hotels and resorts to cloud kitchens and distributors, so each buyer can see a business like theirs.

A Chinese version runs alongside the English one, switched from the header. The Chinese home page carries the same sections, photos and buttons.

On a phone, the headline and the sales-team button sit at the top of the screen, and the food photography carries on through the scroll.

Cream marble backgrounds with gold line ornaments that echo the logo.
Serif headlines in dark brown and gold, with plain sans-serif body text for easy reading.
Close-up shots of raw cuts and seafood, the way a chef would judge them.
A chef or purchasing manager visits with two questions: do they carry what I need, and will they supply a business like mine? The product and customer pages answer both. The business-only note on the contact form tells retail buyers up front that this is a trade supplier.
