ZenWeb designed and built the Real Estate Malaysia website, a property listing site for a property advisor based in Kuching, Sarawak.

Real Estate Malaysia is a property advisory site based in Kuching, Sarawak. It helps people buy homes and investment properties, and lists rentals in Sarawak. Most listings are new projects around Kuching, in areas such as Matang and Batu Kawa, plus a beach resort project in Sematan. A smaller set covers Kuala Lumpur and Johor.
The site is run by a team leader at a national property agency who is also involved in property development. Visitors can browse listings by state and open a full page for each project. They can get in touch through WhatsApp or a short form that asks why they are enquiring.
They want to see what is on offer near them and at what price. The listing page groups the Sarawak projects together, each with its own page and starting price.
Some look beyond Sarawak for investment units. Separate groups for Kuala Lumpur and Johor let them compare projects in other states.
Not every visitor is buying. The enquiry form lets them say whether they want to invest, own-stay, rent a unit or sell their property.

The home page opens over a dusk photo of a Kuching landmark, with an Explore Listing button. It then links to listings in Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Sarawak and sums up the three services: home buying, investment and rentals.

The listing page has a search bar and groups projects under Sarawak, Kuala Lumpur, Johor and Subsale. Each card shows the project name, a short summary and a Read More link. The Sarawak group runs across several pages.

Each project has a full page. The Wozo Suite page shows the starting price, rooms, bathrooms and built-up size first. The description, facilities, gallery, location and floor plans follow.

The about page introduces the advisor behind the site and their mix of agency and development work. A Connect With Me form then asks visitors for their reason: investment, own-stay, rent or sell.
Buyers often browse listings on their phone. On mobile, the project cards stack into one column, and the summary bar keeps price, rooms and size at the top of each project page.

Property buyers compare a lot of projects before they call anyone. Grouping listings by state and giving each project its own page lets them do that comparing on the site. Leading with Kuching projects reflects where the advisor works most. The reason field on the enquiry form means the first conversation starts from what the visitor actually wants.
