Case studyZenWeb designed and built the BimBo website, an English product site for a homegrown beverage manufacturer in Tawau, Sabah.
Written by Jian Tat Lee

BimBo is a beverage brand made in Tawau, Sabah. Its name comes from the Chinese words for Icy Treasure. The range has three lines. There are carbonated drinks in flavours such as cola, orange and mango, concentrated flavoured bases mixed with water at home, and ready-to-drink cordials with no fizz.
Every BimBo product is Halal and MeSTI certified, and the certificates open straight from the website. The drinks are sold in supermarkets and local stores, and online through a Shopee store. The brand also posts factory visits and community events on its own Events page.
They want to know which flavours exist and whether the drinks suit children. The site lists every flavour by series and answers common questions in a short FAQ.
Muslim customers and stockists look for proof before they buy. The Halal and MeSTI certificates are linked from the home page, so anyone can open and check them.
Shops want to see that the brand is real and already on shelves. A strip of store logos shows where BimBo is sold, and the enquiry form is open to them too.

The home page opens with a family sharing BimBo drinks over a meal. It then introduces the brand, links to its certificates and walks through the three product series, each with its own Explore More button.

The Product page groups the full range into three tabs: carbonated drinks, flavoured bases and flavoured cordials. The carbonated range can be switched between two pack sizes. A Buy Now on Shopee button at the end takes ready buyers to the online store.

The Events page lists BimBo's news as dated posts, from official visits to its Tawau factory to its part in a Sabah community programme. Each post opens on its own page, and visitors can search the archive.

On a phone, the family photo and Learn More button fill the first screen, and the product tabs stack into a single scroll. The WhatsApp button stays within thumb reach.

A drinks brand sells on trust and on flavour. Shoppers want to see the full range, and Muslim buyers want proof of Halal status before they buy. Putting the certificates, the flavour list and the Shopee link on one site answers both needs. The Events page shows a real Sabah factory behind the label, which matters for a homegrown brand.
