ZenWeb designed and built the Artisan Cravings Foodstuff website, a product catalogue for a Batu Pahat supplier of breakfast cereals and crunchy snacks.

Artisan Cravings Foodstuff is a cereal and snack supplier in Batu Pahat, Johor. It produces and packs retail-ready breakfast cereals and crunchy snacks, from coco crunch and cocoa balls to strawberry stars, cornflakes, bubble rice and rice cookies. Its customers range from grocery stores and mini markets to resellers and trade partners across Malaysia.
The company also takes smaller orders for parties, festive hampers and corporate gifts. It runs no online checkout or payment gateway. Every enquiry, quotation and order goes through WhatsApp, so buyers can check flavours, pack styles and stock before they commit to an order.
They need a steady cereal supplier and want to see the range before they call. The home page shows the product families, the certifications and an order button in the first screen.
They want a quotation for a set quantity. The FAQ explains the bulk process, and each product carries its own WhatsApp button to start that conversation.
They are choosing flavours for an event or a festive hamper. The About page lists who the range suits, and the catalogue offers a recommendation request for anyone unsure.

The home page opens with the brand's cereals and an Order via WhatsApp button. It then introduces the supplier, shows its food safety certifications, previews the catalogue and explains why retailers can rely on the supply.

The catalogue groups every product into cocoa, fruity, cornflakes, rice and crispy, and cookies and rings, with filter tabs at the top. Each product has a photo, a one-line description and its own WhatsApp button.

The About page explains the four snack families and the kinds of order the company takes, from personal packs to bulk supply. It then sets out the ordering approach in four steps, ending with a quotation before anyone pays.

The FAQ splits questions into ordering, product, bulk order, and payment and delivery. It makes clear there is no payment gateway, so buyers know to expect a WhatsApp conversation instead of a cart.
Trade buyers often check stock on the go. On a phone, the menu folds into a hamburger, product cards stack in one column and the floating WhatsApp button stays within thumb reach.

Cereal buyers rarely order from a cart. A shop owner wants to ask about pack sizes, a hamper maker wants a recommendation, and a reseller wants a quote. So the site works as a clear catalogue that hands every product straight to WhatsApp. The certifications sit up front because trade buyers check them before they stock a supplier.
