Case studyZenWeb designed and built the AquaJoy website, an online shop for a Kuala Lumpur drinking water company that sells mineral water and RO purified water.
Written by Jian Tat Lee

AquaJoy Enterprise is a drinking water company based in Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur. It sells two kinds of water: mineral water drawn from natural springs, and RO purified water treated through multi-stage reverse osmosis. Customers order 9.5L and 1.25L mineral water cartons or 5-gallon RO bottles for home or office.
Delivery runs Monday to Friday during office hours, and customers pick a time window at checkout. Subscriptions can be set weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. AquaJoy also offers document pick-up and drop-off and pantry supplies for existing customers, and supports a community learning centre for refugee children.
They want water delivered without carrying bottles home. The shop shows each pack with its price, and the FAQ explains delivery days and time windows.
They need a steady supply on a fixed cycle. The subscription answer explains weekly, bi-weekly and monthly plans that can be paused or changed.
They can recommend AquaJoy to others through a referral form, and read about extra services such as pantry supplies.

The home page opens with a sliding banner for each water type and a Shop Now button. It then covers the brand story, why it uses RO and UV technology, both product lines and a short FAQ on delivery and subscriptions.

The shop page lists each pack as a card with its size and price in ringgit. Customers open a product, choose a quantity and add it to the cart, all within the site.

Each product page carries a photo, the price, a quantity box and a short note on how the water is treated. A Contact Us button sits below for anything the page does not answer.

The About page tells the AquaJoy story, then sets out its replacement promise for defective items. It closes with its support for a community learning centre for refugee children.

Most water orders are quick top-ups from a phone. On mobile, the product cards stack one after another and the WhatsApp button stays in the corner of the screen.

Water is a repeat purchase, so the site is built around ordering again with little effort. Prices, pack sizes and delivery rules are visible before checkout, and the subscription answer sits in the FAQ. The referral form gives existing customers a simple way to pass the name on, which suits a business that relies on word of mouth.
