Two rows deserve attention. Blog posts are the worst offenders — the CTA usually sits at the very bottom, long past where the median reader has left. Landing pages are the healthiest, because they were built around one action rather than having one appended.

This pattern is not a Malaysian quirk. Nielsen Norman Group’s eyetracking study found 57% of viewing time is spent above the fold and 74% within the first two screenfuls.
