ZenWeb designed and built the website for OAK Kopitiam, a Muslim-friendly Northern Chinese-style kopitiam with outlets in Subang Bestari, Kelana Jaya and Kota Damansara.

OAK Kopitiam serves Northern Chinese-style food that is Muslim friendly, cooked with pork-free and alcohol-free ingredients. The menu mixes Malaysian favourites with Penang street food, such as mee udang, roasted chicken rice, wantan mee kicap and mee kari. The team aims for hotel-style service at prices everyday diners can afford.
The group runs outlets in Subang Bestari, Kelana Jaya and Kota Damansara. Diners can eat in or order through Foodpanda or GrabFood. Regulars can join OAK's membership through its own app for points, birthday treats and member deals, and follow festive news and promotions on the site.
They want to know what to order and which outlet is closest. The home page shows must-try dishes with short descriptions, then names the three outlets.
They need to know the food suits them before they visit. The OAK Story page states plainly that all ingredients are pork-free and alcohol-free.
Frequent diners want something back for their loyalty. The Membership page lists member perks and links to the OAK app on iOS, Google Play and Huawei.

The home page opens with a spread of dishes on a woven tray and a warm Assalamualaikum greeting. Shortcuts lead to delivery and the menu, then an OAK Must Try section introduces six signature dishes one by one.

The OAK Story page explains the focus on Northern-style, Muslim-friendly Chinese food and the aim of bringing Penang street food flavours across Malaysia. It then sets out the mission, the vision and three core values.

The Membership page lists what members receive, from discounts and loyalty points to birthday treats and surprise vouchers. Download buttons lead to the OAK app on three app stores.
Most diners look up food on their phones. On mobile, the dish cards stack one after another, the Get Free Drinks button stays in the header, and the app download buttons sit side by side.

People choose a kopitiam on food, location and whether it suits their family. The site answers those three in order: dishes first, then outlets, then the Muslim-friendly standard on the story page. Membership and delivery pages give regulars a reason to come back and a simple way to order from home.
