JobFusion, registered as Agensi Pekerjaan JobFusion Sdn. Bhd., is a manpower agency in Semenyih, Selangor. It is licensed by the Department of Labour Peninsular Malaysia (JTK). It handles the full foreign worker process for employers: quota applications, recruitment, renewing PLKS work permits and runner services for JIM, JTK, KDN and insurance.
Its clients are employers in manufacturing, construction, plantation, agriculture and services. The agency also offers a proportional refund if a worker absconds, subject to its terms. It posts regular updates on foreign worker rules, such as new application systems and permit deadlines.
They need workers and want to know the agency is legal. The site shows the JTK licence and explains each step, from quota approval to airport pickup.
They handle levies and permits and need the latest rules. The FAQ sets out levy, PLKS and visa fees by sector, and the News page covers policy changes.
Absconding workers and cancelled jobs cost money. The FAQ explains the proportional refund policy in plain terms before they sign up.

The home page opens with a Hire Worker Now button and a short line on the agency's licence. It then shows the four service steps as numbered circles, the industries served and an enquiry form.

The Services page explains what each of the five sectors needs, from factory workers to plantation teams. A long FAQ follows, covering licensing, absconding workers, deployment time and refunds, with tables of levy, PLKS and visa fees.

The About page introduces the agency, its mission and the six reasons employers choose it. It ends with a section on its JTK licence, explaining what that licence allows the agency to do.

The News page posts updates on foreign worker policy, such as online quota queues, contract stamping and late permit penalties. A search box and category filter help employers find older posts.

Site and factory managers often look for workers from their phones. On mobile, the service steps and sector cards stack into one column, and the WhatsApp button stays in reach.

Hiring foreign workers is regulated, and employers are wary of agents who cannot show a licence. Putting the JTK licence, the refund policy and the official fee tables on the site answers those doubts upfront. Regular news on rule changes gives HR teams a reason to return. The sector dropdown on the form tells the agency what kind of workers are needed.
