ZenWeb designed and built the website for IMI Talent, a licensed Kuala Lumpur maid agency, and runs its Google and Meta Ads plus their landing pages.

Agensi Pekerjaan Imi Talent Sdn Bhd is a licensed recruitment agency in Kuala Lumpur that places domestic helpers with households across Peninsular Malaysia. It brings in live-in housemaids from Indonesia and the Philippines. Each helper is screened and trained, then matched to a family for housework, cooking, childcare or the care of elderly parents.
The agency handles the paperwork families find hardest: employment contracts, work permits, medical checks, embassy coordination and, when a contract ends, the helper's safe journey home. It also guides expatriates who meet the government's rules through hiring a helper legally.
They need someone they can trust at home and want to know what a helper can take on. The Services page explains live-in help, elderly care and childcare separately.
Many are unsure whether they may hire a helper at all. A dedicated section and a separate FAQ set out the visa, income and document rules in plain terms.
They worry about permits, contracts and timelines. A six-step procedure and a long FAQ walk them through each stage before they book an appointment.

The home page opens with a short line on the help the agency supplies and a Request a Quote button. It then sets out why families choose IMI, the three core services and a Book an Appointment prompt at the end.

The Services page covers each type of help, the employment contract, direct hiring and a six-step procedure from first enquiry to arrival. It ends with the agency's repatriation service for when a helper returns home.

The FAQ page answers common questions on source countries, documents, processing time, accommodation and replacement. A second set of questions is written just for foreign employers living in Malaysia.
Many parents compare agencies on their phones between work and family. On mobile, the menu folds away, the service cards stack, and the WhatsApp button stays fixed in the corner of every page.

Deep navy and royal blue with light sky-blue accents on white, a calm and official look for a licensed agency.
Small uppercase labels above plain sans-serif headings, so each section is easy to scan.
Hiring a helper is a legal process as much as a household decision. Families want the rules, the steps and the costs explained before they call, so the site puts the procedure and FAQs up front. We plan the Google Ads and landing pages together. A family searching for elderly care or an expat helper then lands on a page that matches that search.
