ZenWeb designed and built the Tourist Assists website for GlobalOne Assist Travel, a Kuala Lumpur travel agency that gives visitors to Malaysia round-the-clock help.

Tourist Assists is run by GlobalOne Assist Travel Sdn Bhd, a travel agency and tourist assistance provider in Kuala Lumpur. Visitors register for free before or during their trip and get a Tourist Assistance ID. From then on they can call for help with lost passports, translation, transport, hotel bookings, travel disruptions and emergencies, in several languages.
Travellers who want more can buy a Premium Traveler plan for one adult, a couple or a family. It adds an assigned account manager, airport transfers, accident coverage, hotel booking help and merchant discounts. The agency also arranges airport transfers, hotel bookings and travel eSIMs on their own.
They worry about getting lost, scams or language barriers. The home page explains the free registration in four simple steps and what help they can call on.
They want one point of contact for the whole trip. The Premium Traveler page explains the account manager and compares the Single, Couple and Family plans.
Many prefer to read in their own language. A switch in the header opens the full site in Simplified Chinese or Korean.

The home page opens with the line Feel At Home In Malaysia and a free registration button. Numbered sections explain what Tourist Assists is, how to register, the services on offer and the three premium plans, ending with a travel FAQ.

This page lists the kinds of traveller the plan is made for, from business visitors to seniors and first-timers. It then explains each benefit, including disruption help, airport transfers and claims support, before the plan cards.

Malaysia Gems introduces destinations from Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Melaka to Semporna, Langkawi and Sabah. Each one gets a short note on what to see and how Tourist Assists can help there.

The About page explains that the company combines travel planning with round-the-clock tourist assistance. It sets out the vision, mission and core values, and the founder's background in travel and tourism.
Tourists open the site on their phones, often after landing. On mobile, the registration button stays near the top, the menu slides in from the side and a WhatsApp button is always within reach.

A tourist in trouble needs help fast, often in their own language and on a phone. So the site puts free registration first, explains it in plain steps and offers it in Chinese and Korean as well as English. Selling the premium plans through a simple cart lets families and business travellers sort their cover before they fly.
