ZenWeb designed and built the Auria Rose website, an online store for a Malaysian women's footwear brand that sells heels, sandals and flats.

Auria Rose is a Malaysian women's footwear brand that sells online. Its range covers three kinds of shoe: heels and pumps, strappy sandals, and flats, in sizes 37 to 42. Each pair lists its materials and build, such as genuine leather, leather lining, massage insoles and heel height. That way buyers know exactly what they are ordering.
The brand also makes handmade shoes for special occasions, and takes bulk orders for bridesmaids, theme parties and other group events. It ships within Malaysia by Pos Laju and overseas by express courier, and accepts FPX, PayPal and card payments at checkout.
They want comfort as much as looks, but can't try a pair on online. Each product page lists the heel height, materials and insole, with a size guide next to the size picker.
A wedding or theme party may need several matching pairs. The home page explains the handmade and bulk-order option for bridesmaids and group events.
Overseas customers want to know about delivery, tracking and duties first. The Info Hub answers each of these in plain, short replies.

The home page opens with the brand line and two buttons, one to the shop and one to the brand story. Shoppers then pick sandals, heels or flats from icon tabs, and the matching pairs load below with their prices.

The shop page lists every style with filters for price, size and colour, and sorting by popularity, name or date. Shoppers can choose a colour and size and add a pair to the cart straight from the list.

Each product page has a photo gallery, a short styling note and a details panel. The panel lists toe style, sole, heel height, materials, lining and insole, with shipping notes and a size guide beside the size picker.

The Info Hub answers the questions that would otherwise come by email. It is split into orders and account, shipping, returns and exchange, refunds, and privacy, with jump links at the top.
On a phone, the menu folds behind one icon while search and the cart stay in the header. Product cards stack into a single column, and the size and colour pickers sit right above Add to cart.

Buying shoes online means buying without trying them on. So the site puts the details that settle that doubt where shoppers look. Heel height, materials and insole sit on each product page, with a size guide beside the size picker and clear return rules in the Info Hub. Filters for size and colour save shoppers from scrolling past pairs that won't fit.
