3. Exceptional Circumstances

If we fail to deliver the services as outlined in your subscription plan due to our fault (e.g., failure to meet agreed-upon deadlines without prior notice), you may be eligible for a partial refund. Refunds in such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
