ZenWeb designed and built the NPC Pest Control website for a licensed pest control company in Puchong, Selangor. We also handle its SEO and run its Google Ads, including the landing pages.

NPC Pest Control Services Sdn. Bhd. is a licensed pest control operator in Bandar Puteri, Puchong, set up in 2006. It treats termites, cockroaches, rats, ants, bed bugs, fleas and ticks, flies and mosquitoes, and also carries out sanitisation. It serves homes, restaurants, hotels, factories, hospitals and government premises across Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
For businesses, it runs scheduled contracts with a site survey, planned visits, a logbook kept on site and trend reports. It also issues the pest control certificates that premises are often asked for when they renew a business licence. The firm holds a Pest Control Operator licence and is a member of the Malaysia Pest Management Association.
They have a pest problem now and want to know if NPC can help. Each pest has its own page, and a quote form sits at the top of the home page.
They need records that an inspector or auditor will accept. The commercial pages explain scheduled visits, logbooks, reports and the certificates needed to renew a licence.
They look after sites in different parts of the Klang Valley. Separate area pages, from Kuala Lumpur to Rawang, describe the local buildings and the pests found there.

The home page opens with a technician at work and a Get a free quote form that asks for the service, a name and a phone number. It then covers the main services, the company background, a four-step process, sectors served and an FAQ.

Each pest has a detailed service page. The termite page explains the warning signs, the treatment options, how long treatment takes and what affects the price, with buttons to book a free inspection.

The commercial page is written for businesses that answer to an inspector or a head office. It sets out what a contract includes, which sectors are covered, how certificates for licence applications work and how often a technician visits.

The service areas page lists the areas NPC covers most, each with its own page. Every area page describes the local buildings and the pests that come up there, rather than repeating the same text with a new town name.
Pest problems are often reported from a phone, sometimes with a photo on WhatsApp. On mobile the quote form stays near the top, and call and WhatsApp buttons appear on every service page.

Pest control is often an urgent search, but businesses also need proof of licensing and proper records. The site serves both: a quick quote form for homeowners, and detailed commercial and certificate pages for managers. Separate pest and area pages give SEO specific pages to work with. Planning each ad with its landing page means the click lands on a page that matches the search.
