ZenWeb designed and built the website for Empire Signature, a Penang event management company that plans corporate functions, launches, festive decor and private celebrations.

Empire Signature is an event management company in Bayan Lepas, Penang. It plans corporate dinners, grand openings, family days, team building trips, outdoor community events, weddings and festive decor for malls and offices. It also rents out AV, lighting and LED screens, builds custom signage and displays, and has an in-house live band.
Its newest service is an AI photobooth. Guests pick a theme on a touchscreen and pose for a DSLR camera. They get a themed artwork, short video or collectible card, printed on the spot with a QR code for the digital copy.
HR and admin teams planning an annual dinner or family day want to see what the company has run before. The portfolio groups past events by type, so they can find ones like theirs.
They need venue decor, AV and something for guests to do. The services cover grand openings, brand activation rentals and the AI photobooth, each on its own page.
Weddings and birthday parties have their own service page and portfolio section, so private clients see that the team handles smaller celebrations too.

The home page opens with the company's promise and a Google Maps link to its Penang office. It moves through the full list of services, a portfolio preview grouped by event type, a wall of client logos and the in-house music band.

The Services page lists every service the company offers, from A to Z event planning to customised fabrication. Each card links through to a detail page, so visitors can open only the service they are planning.

The Portfolio page groups past work under the same headings as the services: dinners, launches, festive decor, outdoor events, weddings and brand activations. Each project has its own View Project link.

The AI Photobooth page explains the guest experience step by step: choose a theme, pose for the camera, collect a print and scan a QR code. It also covers how the booth screen shows sponsor visuals between shots, and offers a downloadable brochure.
Event planners often browse between meetings on their phones. On mobile, the service cards stack into one column and the WhatsApp button stays on screen while they scroll.

Real photos from the company's own events, from festive mall decor to annual dinners, plus sample AI photobooth artwork.
A deep purple-black background with violet buttons and accents, close to the feel of an evening event.
A bold display font, Konkhmer Sleokchher, for headings and Lato for body text.
Event buyers rarely want one service. A company dinner can need decor, AV, a band and a photobooth from the same team. Giving each service its own page, and filing past events under the same headings, lets a planner check one kind of event at a time. The dark, violet look matches the stage lighting and dinners in its photos.
