ZenWeb designed and built the website for CIEF Pets Singapore, a pet relocation service that helps owners import and export dogs and cats to and from Singapore.

CIEF Pets Singapore moves dogs and cats in and out of Singapore for owners who are relocating. The team handles the paperwork that makes these moves hard, from AVS licences and vet health certificates to rabies titer tests. It also books quarantine space, IATA-compliant flights and customs clearance at Changi Airport.
The service is for families on the move, whether for a new job, a return home or a fresh start overseas. CIEF only takes cats and dogs for now, and quotes each move as one all-inclusive price. Most of the planning happens over email and WhatsApp.
They need to know what the destination country asks for and which AVS steps come first. The Export page sets out the five steps in order, from the export licence to the ground handling agent.
Rules depend on the country the pet comes from, so the Import page starts with the rabies categories. It then covers banned breeds, vaccinations, quarantine and import licences.
Many first want to know about cost, quarantine visits and GST. The FAQ page answers these, split into import and export questions.

The home page opens with a smiling owner holding two dogs and a Quote button beside Export and Import links. It then lays out the four steps of a move, the logistics CIEF handles and the countries it serves.

The Export page is a working guide. It walks owners through five numbered steps, from checking the destination country's rules to booking a pre-export inspection at Changi. A note reminds readers that rules change and to check with CIEF.

The Import page sorts countries into rabies risk schedules, because that decides the vaccinations and quarantine a pet needs. Seven numbered steps follow, ending with what AVS checks when the pet lands.

The FAQ page groups questions under Import and Export tabs. It covers pricing factors, quarantine categories, the rabies serology test, AQC visiting hours and GST on imported pets.
Owners often check rules on their phones while planning a move. On mobile, the numbered steps stack into one scroll and the WhatsApp button stays in the corner of the screen.

Cut-out photos of owners with their dogs on soft pastel backgrounds, plus paw-print icons in the section headings.
Peach, mint and lavender cards with bright blue buttons and orange paw accents, friendly rather than corporate.
A rounded display font, Dosis, for headlines and Cabin for body text, which keeps the tone warm and easy to read.
Moving a pet across borders is mostly paperwork, and the rules change with every country. Owners want to understand the process before they hand over their dog or cat. Putting full export and import guides on the site lets them read the steps first, then start a WhatsApp chat once they know what their move involves.
